Jonathon passed away suddenly, but peacefully in Leeds General Infirmary, on 6 April 2007.
Jonathon aged 19 years was the beloved son of Elaine and Michael, much loved brother to Carly and
Joel, loving grandson of Joyce and the late Kelvin, a dear nephew to Julie and cousin to Danny, also
a loving uncle to Amy, Danielle, Brodie and Vinnie.
Jonathon will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

I am so sorry for the loss of such a young man, who had so much in life to look forward to.
My thoughts are with family and friends.
Last night I had a crazy dream
A wish was granted just for me
